Employment Type: Local W-2 or Travel Contract
Compensation Options:

Local Path (W-2 through Blazer Jobs): $38 $48 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

Travel Path (W-2 with Benefits): Weekly gross $1,800 $2,200 (depending on hours worked and travel stipends)
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct PT services to K12 students in individual and group settings
-
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
-
Collaborate with educators, special educators, and families to support student needs
-
Maintain accurate documentation of services, assessments, and student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and related student support activities
Requirements:

Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
-
Active Florida PT license
-
Experience in school-based PT preferred
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills

K12 experience highly valued
